GoFishDB - Zebrafish Database System

GoFishDB is a web-based Zebrafish database and tank management application that I developed for the Megason Lab at Harvard Systems Biology.  It serves as a central database for information about Zebrafish lines, alleles, and tanks present on a system.  This allows users to quickly search for a given line or allele, as well as determine what is present in the lab inventory.  It also generates labels for tanks that include QR codes, which can be scanned by a user's mobile device, directing them immediately to the tank editor to view or change any information about that specific tank.  It supports all major browsers and mobile devices, and utilizes my open-source JSWindows and JSInterface libraries.
